根据《山西省教育厅等九部门关于在全省开展第26届全国推广普通话宣传周活动的通知》（晋教[2023]1号）文件精神，按照晋中市教育局（市教发语字[2023]2号）文件的精神要求，特制定如下活动方案。
一、指导思想
以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入学习宣传党的二十大精神，认真贯彻习近平总书记关于语言文化的重要指示批示精神，落实立德树人根本任务，强化服务铸牢中华民族共同体意识，加大国家通用语言文字推广普及力度，传承弘扬中华优秀语言文化。
二、活动主题
本届推普周主题为：推广普通话奋进新征程
三、活动时间
2023年9月11日-9月17日
四、活动内容
（一）创新开展宣传活动
学生会宣传部制作关于推广普通话的宣传版面，展出一周。
（二）开展中国古诗词中英文双语诵读作品征集活动
参加者可以是个人参赛或组建团队（2-4人）参赛，每人只能提交1件作品，只能有1位指导老师。提交作品需注意以下要求：
1. 作品征集时间：即日起-9月11日
（1）语言要求：作品以短视频的形式，用富有创意的表达，以中英双语诵读，先中文、后英文。
（2）视频时长：2-8分钟左右
（3）视频内容
诵读内容可参考方案附件1，也可自主选定中国古诗词素材；提交作品围绕活动主题，能够反映中华传统文化丰厚的底蕴和内涵，具有较强的示范引领作用，体现当代大学生独有的想象力与创造力。
(4) 视频形式与格式
视频作品表现形式不限，可以是动漫、微电影、MG动画、歌曲MV等，需画质清晰、画面稳定，构图完整，音画同步。作品以Mp4、avi、mov格式发送，配文字字幕。
2. 作品评选阶段（9月11日-9月12日）
作品由各班辅导员进行初评，外语系教研室组织复评，外语系党总支进行终评。
3. 成果展示阶段（9月13日-9月17日）
优秀作品由学生上传本人抖音或快手等社交平台进行公开展示，评选出获点赞数最高的前10位参赛选手。评选出的优秀作品在外语系官网进行展出。
五、活动要求
（一）提高认识，整体规划
前期务必做好活动方案制定，由外语系教学管理科做活动整体规划。
（二）想方设法，营造氛围
积极鼓励外语系师生参与该活动，积极宣传普通话推广周活动，宣传普通话的重要性和意义，鼓励大众参与活动。
（三）保证质量，鼓励创新
以推普周为契机，激发师生创新精神，利用数字化、信息化手段，积极主动宣传普通话文字之美、语言之美，用中英双语展示中华民族优秀古诗词的深厚内涵。
